Our Fee

Our Fee: The total puppy placement fee is $2,850 (plus shipping if you choose), as well as an added 8% sales tax. This includes a microchip, age appropriate vaccines, de-worming, health certificate from our veterinarian, puppy kit, 2-year health guarantee, and a lifetime of support.

Adoption Process

The Adoption Process is as follows:
Fill out the *Puppy Application*. We will contact you as soon as possible with approval. After approval, pay the $300 application fee (it is included in the total fee). At that time, we will inform you where you are on the reservation list. This application fee is non-refundable unless we are unable to match you with a puppy, usually only the case when there aren’t enough puppies in the litter. Good Dog has a well written statement on why deposits and application fees are non-refundable and you can read about that here.
Once the puppies are one week old we will contact you and an additional $700 is due toward the placement fee of your puppy.
You can watch your puppy grow via our blog, Instagram and Facebook page.
At 8 weeks of age, your balance of $1850 (plus tax) is due at pick-up, in cash.
If your puppy is flying home, at 6 weeks of age, your remaining balance of $1,850 (plus taxes and shipping) is due in order for us to make homecoming arrangements.
Your puppy will be ready to go home at 8 weeks of age. Puppies will be microchipped, have age appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, current on flea/heartworm medications, health certificate from our veterinarian, 2-year health guarantee, and come with a puppy kit.

Flight Options

Transportation to the Atlanta Airport:

If you want to fly your puppy you will have to fly to Atlanta where we will meet you with your puppy for a fee of $350 as this is a 6-8 hour roundtrip for us. You will fly back home with your puppy in cabin.  You will be responsible for booking your pet a ticket and buying a travel crate.

Flight Nanny Service:

Our flight nanny service will fly the puppy in cabin to your local airport. Cost will vary pending the flight ticket costs. The service fee is $550 plus the cost of the round trip ticket for the flight nanny and the $95 fee for the pet in cabin. Your puppy will arrive with the puppy kit, travel crate, and a travel bowl.

Pet Cargo:

*** Pet Cargo has been suspended due to COVID with no date to return.***

Puppy Selection and Visits

Visits:

We do offer puppy visits at a pre-scheduled time between 5-7 weeks of age. This is optional and COVID precautions are taken. We only allow one family to visit at a time in an outdoor location.

Puppy Selection Process:

At 7 weeks of age we have a professional dog trainer come in to perform temperament evaluations on each puppy. After that is complete we select our breeding stock. Then, I call each family in order of the reservation list to help match based on the families lifestyle, needs, and wishes in a puppy (including gender and color if possible). My goal is to assist in matching to ensure a lifelong bond. I will never force any family to take a puppy they do not want. If there isn’t a puppy that meets the needs, which is rare as we have been breeding for temperament for many years, you are welcome to move to another litter that has availability.

Puppy Kits Include:

-Screen Printed Tote Bag

-Collar

-Leash

-Toy

-Treat

-Blanket with scent of mom and litter mates

-Sample of premium dog food

-Laminated Grooming card

-Labradoodle Puppy Care Booklet

-Certificate for a one month free trial of Trupanion pet insurance.

Guardian Families Needed

Local families, please check out our guardian program! Click here for the link. This program allows us breeders to place our breeding dogs, usually as puppies, in their permanent, loving, forever homes. We do not believe puppies/dogs should be placed in a kennel style environment and wish to give them the best life possible. We can only house so many in our personal home as pets and once retired they remain with us, so we have started this program to give any future breeding dogs the same loving care. Guardian homes act as “foster homes” until the terms of the agreement are satisfied and then full ownership will be transferred to the guardian. There are many benefits to the family by becoming a guardian home! Please click here to learn more. Or here for the guardian application.
